The sticks are made in July from specially selected birch twigs, which are clearly more durable than birch, and are tied at two points on the handle.

Fresh herbs are vacuum-packed in water vapor- and gas/aroma-tight plastic laminate and frozen immediately.

The tightly sealed packaging retains moisture and aromas in the leaves. Thawing the wick takes about an hour. Before thawing, the packaging is opened so that the wick can return to its original shape. The wick can be used without incubation.

Fresh wick does not need watering. The wick can also be thawed quickly by pouring warm water into the bag. You can bathe with the wick several times. It should not be left to dry on benches or soaked in a container of water. After bathing, it is a good idea to rinse the wick. In winter, it can be hung outside and taken directly to the sauna the next time.

The wick can also be refrozen in its own bag. When the bag is sealed, moisture cannot enter the frozen product.

The leaves are of excellent quality. They are characterized by a fresh scent, leaf stability and consistent quality.

It is a good idea to remove the wick from the packaging after opening it. The cold wick collects moisture from the surrounding air and at the same time the leaves begin to spread the scent of birch.

The willow should not be left alone on the benches to dry, but it is good to take it with you to "whistle" from time to time.
