Delivery policy

This International Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to orders placed from our online store to the EU and the UK . We do not currently offer direct shipping to other countries, but you can order our products from international online stores such as Ecco-Verde. .


1. Delivery area

  • EU VAT area (EU countries): Available for all EU countries.
  • United Kingdom (UK): Available separately.
  • Other countries: No direct delivery. Order from international retailers such as Ecco-Verde.

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size and destination country. VAT is included in the price within the EU; possible customs fees in the UK.


3. Delivery time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment.
  • Shipping time: 3–14 business days depending on the destination.
  • Weekends & holidays: are not processing days.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping company delays.

4. Customs duties and taxes

  • EU area: No customs duties or additional charges (VAT included).
  • UK: The customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be levied upon receipt.
  • Always check the customs regulations of your destination country.

5. Order tracking

  • You will receive a tracking code via email after submitting.
  • Track the shipment on the shipping company's website (e.g. Posti or DHL).

6. Lost or damaged shipments

  • Lost package: Report within 14 days of shipment.
  • Damaged package: Take a picture of the damage and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We will replace the product with a new one or refund if the fault is ours.

7. Returns for international orders

  • 14-day right of cancellation for EU and UK orders (see Returns and Refunds Policy).
  • Return costs are paid by the customer (return to Finland).
  • Hygiene products (e.g. creams, soaps) are not returnable after use.
