This return and refund policy (“Policy”) supplements our Terms of Use and applies to products purchased online and in stores.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal (distance sales)

You have 14 days to cancel and return the product after receiving it. Terms and conditions:

  • The product is unused , in its original packaging and saleable .
  • Please notify us of the return in writing (email: info@kaurilasauna.eu ) before returning.
  • Return the product within 14 days of notification.
  • The customer pays the return costs , unless otherwise agreed.

2. No right of return for the following products

For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns if the product has been used or the packaging has been opened:

Soap, shampoo, detergents Bar soaps, liquid soaps, shampoos
Toiletries Tablecloths, wash mitts, disposable products
Food and groceries Sauna sausages, tea, honey
Gift cards & digital products Electronic gift cards, digital guides
Personalized or special orders Engraved products, custom-made products

Note: If opening the seal or packaging makes the product unsellable, the right to return will expire .

3. Defective or faulty products

  • Defective product: Report within a reasonable time (max. 2 months from discovery).
  • Send a picture + description: info@kaurilasauna.eu
  • We will repair, replace or refund (shipping costs at our expense).

4. Return instructions

  1. Notify of return by email.
  2. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.
  3. Please include:
    • Order number
    • Return form (or free-form statement)
    • Receipt (a copy is enough)
  4. Send the return to: Kaurila Sauna – Return Höyläämötie 11B, 5th floor, 00380 Helsinki

5. Refunds

  • Refund to original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving return.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the error is ours.
  • Products purchased with discount codes: the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Store purchases

  • Products purchased in-store do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal required by distance selling.
  • Exchange right 14 days (same product, different size/color) unused and in packaging .
  • Refund only for defective product.

7. Cancellation conditions for reservations

  • More than 48 hours before: full refund
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund
