The funny Dog Park towel is the work of Matti Pikkujämsä. Winner of the State Prize for Illustration in 2015 and selected as Illustrator of the Year in 2019, Matti Pikkujämsä, a graduate of the University of Art and Design (now Aalto University), draws the special features of his unique style from the nostalgia of everyday Finnish life and finishes his images with warm humor.

• To awaken the absorbency of linen, wash linen textiles before use on a 60°C delicate cycle without spinning, separately from other laundry in lukewarm water. 40°C is also sufficient.
• Avoid fabric softeners and bleaches.
• Do not tumble dry. Iron, iron or iron while damp.
• Undyed linen will lighten with washing. The fabric shrinks approximately 5%.
• Do not leave sauna textiles in the sauna after using the sauna, but always move the textiles outside the sauna to dry.

Lapuan Kankurit is part of the Masters of Linen organization, which means that the linen used in the products is of the best European quality. Ryytimaa towels are made from Masters of Linen quality aivina linen and bio-organic cotton, which is manufactured in accordance with the Öko-Tex standard. The products are woven in our weaving mill in Lapua, and they have been awarded the Key Flag label. Our strategy is to be responsible for the manufacturing of the products ourselves, from the yarn to the finished product. Therefore, the largest and most significant part of our entire manufacturing takes place in our own weaving mill in Lapua.
