Herbal Hair Color - Copper
Khadi's powdered herbal hair color Copper gives blonde or gray hair a coppery golden, orange or red hue. The color does not lighten dark hair, but brightens its tone and gives it a coppery tint. The color brightens dark hair and gives it a coppery tint, but does not lighten it.
Khadi herbal hair colours contain only dried plant parts in a fine powder. They provide an intensive colouring result. The pure Henna used by Khadi comes from Rajasthan, India. It contains a high concentration of the pigment molecule Lawsonia, which guarantees an effective colouring result but also great grey coverage. The herbs in Khadi herbal hair colours are sourced from local farmers through fair trade. The colours do not contain synthetic colourants, silicone, metal salts or additives – just the simple effectiveness of the herbs. The colour becomes intensely natural and the hair gets a wonderful shine.
The final result of herbal hair dyes is always individual. It is influenced by, among other things, the structure and color of your own hair, as well as medications and previous chemical treatments, which can significantly change the final result of the dyeing . However, the final result is always nuanced and natural. Conventional hair dye is absorbed into the hair structure and dyes the hair from the inside out. Natural dyes only adhere to the surface of the hair and wear off the hair more evenly than chemical permanent dyes. To get the desired result, we recommend doing a spot test before dyeing, i.e. testing the color either on a hidden part or on a cut-off section of hair.
Khadi herbal dyes can also effectively dye gray hair. However, please note that the dyeing result on gray hair is lighter than on other hair: the more gray hair, the lighter the result. Herbal dyes are intended for hair dyeing only, and should not be used to dye, for example, eyelashes or eyebrows. Do not use on broken or sore, eczematous or irritated skin. One package dyes medium-thick hair reaching about shoulder length or long, thin hair. For long and thick hair, we recommend reserving two packages . Damaged or treated hair should be pre-treated with Khadi colorless Neutral Henna or cassia. Do not add other ingredients to Khadi herbal hair dyes.

Use:
First, cleanse your hair with a silicone-free shampoo, such as Kaurilan Saunan Shampoopala. Mix the plant powder with 50°C water. The temperature is important, so we recommend using a thermometer. Quickly apply the mass all over your hair, then cover your hair with plastic wrap and a towel to retain heat. The exposure time is 15-30 minutes in heat, 60 minutes without adding heat. Rinse only with warm water. Do not use hot water, high heat in hair dryers, conditioners or intensive care treatments immediately after use. Wait at least 24 hours before shampooing.
The longer the exposure time, the more intense, redder and longer-lasting the result. The higher the temperature, the more yellow the result. For this reason, a temperature of 50°C is optimal and should not be exceeded. If Khadi Herbal Hair Color is used too often, the color may become darker and redder as the layers of color increase on the hair strands. We therefore recommend coloring only the roots each time and the entire hair only every fourth time. If you want a more intense color result without redness, we recommend repeating the coloring process immediately after coloring instead of just extending the exposure time.
The end result: Shiny, thick and beautifully natural-colored hair.
