The nightless nights of the Finnish summer ripen the treasure sought after by our bogs. Hilla, lakka, suomurain or valokki is our aromatic yellow cloud-shaped berry known by many names. The size of the berry shows who has pollinated the cloudberry. Pollination by a mosquito or a small beetle produces small one- or two-part lacs, and the larger berries are the result of the work of bumblebees. Year after year, tenacious collectors roam the bogs and fens in search of this golden berry treasure.

The warm golden and forest-scented cloudberry soap gets its sparkle from cloudberry pulp, which makes the soap lightly exfoliating.
