Tapio is the protector of the Finnish forests, its long-bearded and moss-clad king. He rules and cares for the forest and its animals. Tapio's wife is Mielikki, the mistress of the forest, and the source of its beauty. You can feel Tapio's presence as you walk through the forest. In summer, the greenery of the forest and the sounds of the animals empower human life. In winter, the forest is white and sleepily quiet. On a frosty day, when the sun shines, the forest is like an enchanted wonderland.
This soap contains spruce needles, nettles and birch leaves from the forests of North Karelia. Essential oils bring mythical scents from the kingdom of Tapio.
