Delicate wash max. 60°C in plenty of water, with a slow wash cycle, separately from other laundry. 40°C is also sufficient. During the first few washes, short fibers will come off the linen terry, so always check the lint filter before and after washing. Do not use fabric softener and avoid bleaching agents. A light spin at a low spin speed is sufficient. Let dry, do not iron, so that the linen terry remains rough and stimulates surface blood circulation. Undyed linen will lighten with washing. Fabric shrinkage approx. 10%. Country of manufacture: Finland

We are constantly striving to improve the efficient use of raw materials in our production. For years, we have woven all of our products to length to avoid waste. However, some products do have excess fabric during the weaving and sewing process.

Linen travels a long way from European flax farmers to our weaving mill in Finland, where it is woven into valuable fabrics with care and professionalism. We greatly appreciate the work done for the raw material, and we are not willing to throw it away. As a solution, we developed, among other things, the KIVI donut washer, which is sewn from leftover linen-Tencel terry fabric.

Lapuan Kankurit is part of the Masters of Linen organization, which means that the linen used in the products is of the best European quality. The products are woven in Lapuan Kankurit's own weaving mill in Lapua. The sewing is mainly done in the subsidiary's own sewing mill in Lithuania or at the Lapua weaving mill. The accessories for the product are purchased from Europe, mainly from Finland. The products have been granted the Key Flag symbol.

The product is made of linen and bio-organic cotton. The linen is grown in Normandy, Europe and is 100% European, traceable and long-staple Masters of linen. All yarns are spun and dyed in Europe according to REACH regulations and meet the requirements of the ÖKO-TEX certificate.
